Dalia Yosef is the Director of NATAL's Helpline. She is an educational counselor with specialization in trauma, resiliency and emergency preparedness. Efrat Shavit is the Helpline's Deputy Director of Volunteers and Administration She is a certified group facilitator through the Open University and a graduate of The Israeli Standards Institute in Quality Management. Efrat has a wealth of experience within the field and facilitates the Helpline volunteer training, and is responsible for the Helpline's communication and information system.
